Seeing the familiar again
Much of a day runs on familiarity. We recognize a hallway, a colleague’s voice, or a cup of coffee so quickly that we stop really meeting them; the label arrives before the experience does. This is not a flaw. Familiarity saves effort. But it can also mean that a good part of life passes by while our attention is somewhere else.
“Beginner’s mind” simply means being willing to look again, as if for the first time. It does not require clearing your thoughts or feeling calm. It is a small shift of curiosity: what is actually here, beyond what I expect to be here?
An optional noticing invitation
If you would like, choose one ordinary object or routine today, such as a door you open often or a familiar route, and notice one detail you had not noticed before. There is nothing to get right; you can skip this entirely.
This is a short public preview. The full course materials are available to approved participants.

Practices and reading are optional
The course may offer a short everyday experiment, a guided practice, and a free article by Keith alongside a suggested book. You do not need to complete every practice, read every article, or buy a book. The sessions and conversations stand on their own; bring a question or response to Keith if you would like, or simply continue the discussion in-session.
