Meet the parts of you that learned to protect you
Many patterns that feel like obstacles began as intelligent attempts to keep you safe. IFS-informed coaching offers a compassionate way to understand those parts and build a different relationship with them.
Mindfulness is the foundation
Mindfulness helps you notice a part without becoming completely blended with it. From that steadier place, we can listen for the protective intention beneath a reaction, make room for what has been carrying pain, and cultivate more choice.
What we may draw on
- Mindfulness and compassionate witnessing
- IFS-informed parts mapping
- Somatic tracking and regulation
- Narrative inquiry
- Integration into everyday relationships and choices

A collaborative, supported approach
Sessions are coaching and contemplative support, not a replacement for licensed psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. When clinical care is needed, this work can be coordinated with an appropriately licensed therapist or clinician.
Keith works with people in New York and with clients worldwide through virtual sessions. The first step is a conversation about what is happening, what support you already have, and whether this approach is appropriate for you.
