A steadier way to live with what happened
Trauma is not a personal failure. It is a set of adaptations to what was once overwhelming. Somatic coaching helps you recognize those adaptations and develop more capacity, safety, and choice.
Mindfulness is the foundation
The body often signals what the mind has not yet found words for. Mindfulness, breath, grounding, and gentle attention create a way to listen without forcing the process. The aim is not to erase your history, but to help you relate to it with more resilience.
What we may draw on
- Breath and grounding practices
- Somatic awareness and pendulation
- Mindfulness-based stress regulation

A collaborative, supported approach
Sessions are coaching and contemplative support, not a replacement for licensed psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. When clinical care is needed, this work can be coordinated with an appropriately licensed therapist or clinician.
Keith works with people in New York and with clients worldwide through virtual sessions. The first step is a conversation about what is happening, what support you already have, and whether this approach is appropriate for you.
